Order Confirmation

When you successfully confirmed your order we will sent you an email regarding your order confirmation along with the payment instructions. As the payment is complete and successful we will sent you an email regarding your order processing. If at any point our customer service was not helpful in issues related to your order or there were some issues during, then at that point we will reach out to you.

Shipping Confirmation

When your order/s is in the processing stage we will ship the order within 24-72 hrs (except holidays). An email will be sent to you of shipping confirmation which also includes the order tracking number, tracking links, and our contact details for any further communication by you. The order shipment can be delivered to your home address as well as the office address, as per the customer-selected address. There is also an option for an airmail service that is expensive but it is secure in nature. This kind of secure service requires the signature of the customer when receiving the package.

Shipping Methods

Refer to the shipping fees and ETA The delivery will be done at APO address and PO boxes as this is available for delivery by us. APO and PO addresses can both be set to the primary address for delivery.


As we are established seaward of India and that of local custom department see your ordered shipment is imported. Then the order shipment goes through custom checking, which may take time as for the formalities to complete regarding the shipment. As for this process has to happen we recommend you to give more time and order in advance so that you don’t have to face the trouble during the customs process. This custom process might take up to 3 weeks which can happen in severe cases.

Reshipment and Lost orders

The reshipment process can be done if the customer notifies us within a time frame of 8 weeks from the shipping date of any lost order. There shall be no reshipment or refund if the customer will notify us after the given time frame of 8 weeks. The reshipment of any order will take place if it is not delivered in standard given time frame but for which it has some conditions to follow that are:
1. As the standard delivery time passes with extra 7 days to the date of shipment.
2. The address should be correct that you given along placing the order.
The replacement of the order will be charged in case you have given the wrong address, then our billing team will get back to you along with the refund details till the original order is reached to us. The refund amount process will take up to weeks to months as the return shipping has not be paid.

Returns and Refunds

Somehow if the order is damaged during transportation or is not delivered to you, then we will go for the reshipment of your order. If you wish you want a refund, we will return the refund amount.
If somehow you received half of your order then also we will refund the amount and will charge only for the received order part.
As out of Courtesy please give us 30 business days from when the order is shipped. If by any chance you have not received the order after 30 days or if you have got any message regarding the order as of its hold or returned back to the sender, feel free to contact us.
